The Avila Property Owners Association Board of Directors is the official governing body of the Association. It is firmly committed to establishing and promoting sound policies regarding the Association’s operations. The Association, through the Board of Directors, must ensure that the community’s security, maintenance, architectural standards, and all other services and facets uphold the highest standards possible at the greatest value to each property owner.

Over the past year, the Board of Directors and adjunct Committee members have put in countless volunteer hours to uphold these standards. All of their hard work is ensuring that Avila remains Tampa Bay’s premier gated community. Thank you!
